American Idol 2009 Season 8 is now down to its Top 3 contestants and tonight’s also their 300th episode since 2001. Danny Gokey , Kris Allen and Adam Lambert each performed two songs: 1 from the judges and one as their personal choice. It’s their last time to impress the judges and the millions of viewers before the finale.

The first one to sing was Danny Gokey. Judge Paula Abdul chose the song “Dance Little Sister” by Terrence Trent D’Arby.

Next to perform was Kris Allen singing “Apologize” by One Republic as the choice of judges Randy Jackson and Kara DioGuardi.

And lastly, Adam Lambert performed “One” by U2 as chosen by judge Simon Cowell.
