American Idol’s Top Five; Lil Rounds and Anoop Desai eliminated

Now they’re down to five.
Lil Rounds and Anoop Desai found themselves at the bottom end of a double elimination on “American Idol”.
Two were eliminated this week because the judges saved Matt Giraud from elimination last week. It’s the new veto power of the judges to save a contestant eliminated by viewers provided two Idol contestants will be removed the following week.
Rounds said that she will rejoin her husband and three children in Memphis and admitted that she will be missing her fellow contestants. Anoop Desai will return to University of North Carolina on Chapel Hill.
